BMW Logo

The Bmw 7-Series is an all-new fifth generation vehicle that radiates a natural presence, inborn sportiness and a stylishness that is the result of precision in concept and execution. A fresh V-8 engine with direct injection and twin turbochargers demonstrates Bmw EfficientDynamics at the highest possible level of performance. The 4.4-liter, twin-turbo V-8 generates 400 hp and 450lb-ft of torque. Latest, special Bmw driver-assistance systems and comfort-related attributes add more to a truly extraordinary driving and riding experience. In the interior, the new 7 provides an ambiance that is luxurious, of transcendent quality and, most importantly, welcoming. The driver-oriented control center highlights Black Panel technology.

More functionality than ever before are comfortably and practically accessible to the driver from the proximity of the multi-function steering wheel. The latest Bmw 7-Series is the first passenger car with multi-link double-wishbone front suspension. The current Integral V rear suspension integrates expansive utilization of aluminum. On the long wheelbase 750Li, self-leveling air suspension is typical.

Also new and a world first, is the Integral Active Steering, which adds speed-sensitive rear-wheel steering. With the standard Driving Dynamics Control, the driver can opt between four adaptations for shock-absorber firmness, transmission shift characteristics, engine-throttle reaction and power-steering assistance. An assortment of ground-breaking driver-assist choices unique in the luxury segment consists of Active Cruise Control with new stop-and-go capability, Lane Departure Warning, Active Blind Spot Detection, Head-up Display, High Beam Assistant, Bmw Night Vision with new Pedestrian Detection, Side View and Back-up Cameras. All of this will make the current 7 once more the standard for performance, luxury, efficiency and safety when it arrives in the US early next year.
