The latest compact and sporty Alfa MiTo from Alfa Romeo will be available soon. All of the Alfa Romeo merchants in the United Kingdom will be displaying inert examples of the latest Alfa MiTo beginning in November, two months ahead of its planned official opening in the UK on January 24, 2009. This is going to be the closest encounter with the car for thousands of fans of Alfa MiTo and Alfisti since its appearance at the British International Motor Show this year. Even though the MiTo shares styling patterns with the Alfa 8C Competezione supercar, the MiTo has been equipped as standard technology that was not available previously in this category.
These consists of a special control system DNA (acronym for Dynamic, Normal, All Weather), which automatically regulate the reaction of the car subject to the driving habits and conditions, and LED rear lights. The entry-level price tag for the Alfa MiTo 1.4 16V 95 hp Turismo is a head-turning £10,975 (€13,940 or $18,000), and more so since the older MiTo 1.3 JTDM Veloce is said to keep an enormous 47% of its original value after three years and more than 60,000 miles.
The fresh MiTo will appeal to both heads and hearts when its time comes. Orders for the new MiTo can be placed beginning the first of November with highly competitive financial deals available at the local Alfa Romeo dealerships.
