The facelifted Bmw 3-Series Sedan and Station Wagon were up-rated by AC Schnitzer with a number of artistic and performance components, plus an impressive new front spoiler. The company based in Aachen asserts that the fresh artistic look puts an accent on dynamics and that "instead of bulky curves, straight and slender forms are used." In addition, in reverence to Bmw's race cars, the front spoiler elements finish at the base in a sharp "bow". Considering performance and handling improvements, AC Schnitzer employs its own suspension kits to make the car quicker around cubs than the production version.

This comprises a fresh suspension spring kit, as well as the choice of either sports suspension or racing suspension tunes. For those with cash to spare, AC Schnitzer suggests availing of the extra sports antiroll bar and strut brace kit for the front and rear to further enhance handling.
