Lately, Ford presented the global unveiling of its all-new Fiesta four-door sedan at the Guangzhou Auto Show, keeping its courageous promise as made by the Verve Concept notchback last year. The lively all-new Fiesta sedan highlights Ford's distinctive kinetic design features, presented for the first time to China initially on the exhilarating Fiesta five-door hatchback at Auto China in Beijing in April, indicating the adaptability of this exceptional design language and its consumer attraction in significant international markets. The Ford Fiesta sedan will be opened in China within months of its international unveiling. It will be produced at Ford's new, high-tech manufacturing facility in Nanjing. The Fiesta sedan will be produced in China utilizing the same highly developed technologies as does its European equivalent. The body arrangement is designed with wide-ranging use of high- and ultra high-strength steels to considerably increase strength and stiffness, while at the same time lowering weight and enhancing fuel economy. These superior steels also offer Fiesta an amplified measure of passenger safety.
