2009 Ford Fiesta U.K. pricing announced

Finally, the prices have been announced, of course just in U.K.! The 2009 Ford Fiesta will be officially on the market in January 2009 and it will get a base price of £7,995 ($13,225 or €10,100). Two engines will be available: a 1.2-liter petrol engine capable to deliver 69 hp and a 1.3-liter 75 hp diesel engine. The new vehicle will be available in 4 trim levels: Studio, Style, Style+ and Zetec. The Studio will be priced from £7,995 ($13,225 or €10,100) and will include Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS), a height adjustable steering wheel, ABS, driver and passenger airbags, a six-speaker sound system with CD, radio and Mp3 compatibility, AUX-in connectors, headlamp courtesy delay system and body-colored bumpers. The Style comes with the up-mentioned options and with heated body-colored door mirrors, electric front windows, body colored door handles, remote/central locking,, driver seat hight adjust, rear headrests and driver memory function. The Style+ includes air conditioning and heated windscreen and is priced from £8,995 ($14,880 or €11,360). The Zetec is priced from £9,495 ($15,700 or €11,990) or £10,195($16,870 or €12,874) for 1.3 TDCi and features the Style+ plus the 15 inch alloy wheels, front fog lamps, remote central locking, board computer and theatre dimming interior lights.
