Modifying Opels is the forte of the German tuner Steinmetz, having worked with the brand for the past several decades and having to wait in excess of five years to ultimately design the latest 2009 Insignia saloon. Not unexpectedly, Steinmetz is one of the primary firms to work with the vehicle, making available a series of styling and handling modifications to match the sales opening of the vehicle. The modification pack consists of a fresh bodykit, a more rigid suspension, upgraded brakes and ST7 20 inch alloy wheels in black or white. Possibly, the bodykit is the most arresting highlight of the total package, and has been intended to enhance aerodynamics while also putting on a touch of aggressiveness. Also included are a front lower spoiler, a custom grill, fresh side sills, and a rear spoiler. The only revision intended to add more energy to the Insignia is a high-flow exhaust system, which highlights a dual branched twin-rear high-quality steel muffler.
