ABT Sportsline has given the Audi TT RS a new tuning package that boosts its output to 501hp. In comparison, the stock vehicle offers 340 hp while its previous package had gotten the output up to 420hp.

This latest tuning package, which is named the ABT POWER S, features what the previous one had and adds a new turbocharger. According to ABT’s press release, the “RS” in the Audi TT RS “now more than ever stands for Racing Sport” as it offers “driving enjoyment, sportiness and the feeling of DTM and ADAC GT Masters champions.”

The excellent driving characteristics and tuning of the ABT TT-RS is credited to Christian Abt. ABT sums up its new package as offering “maximum motorsport feeling with maximum everyday usability.” With a 500hp rating, it’s expected that the Coupe and the Cabrio versions of the TT RS will offer an astounding performance.

The car can accelerate from zero to 62 mph sprint in four seconds and can reach 181 mph (292 km/h). The new tuning package provides a set of 19 and 20 inch BR and CR Superlight alloy rims, which have a dynamic design that emphasizes the sporty lines of the car and come with high performance tires.
