By announcing the pricing and availability for the Camaro Synergy, Chevrolet finally puts to rest any doubt that it will go into production. The green Camaro, which was unveiled at SEMA last November, will arrive this February and will retail for $26,790. However, the car will have a limited run. Based on the Camaro 1LT, the car features a 3.6l direct injection V6 engine, developing 304hp and 273 lb.-ft. of torque. The unit is mated to either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission and returns up to 29 mpg on the highway.
The car's appearance by itself already sets it apart from all other cars. The body is green and has black racing stripes (also available in white and grey). In addition, the American manufacturer will also provide a special body kit for the Camaro, including Ground effects kit, 21-inch wheels with a black center finish and polished rim, Cyber Grey Rally hood stripes, high wing rear spoiler and performance air intake.
On its body kit, you can see pronounced rocker moldings, a rear diffuser-type styling piece and a front spoiler. Inside the car, the Synergy theme featured on the body of the car is continued with Synergy Green accent stitching, piping and other accents, unique to this special edition.
