Nissan Juke Crossover

Nissan's latest crossover, named Juke, makes it European debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Three weeks ago, the third member of Nissan's crossover, was officially unveiled. The inspiration is the Qazana Concept car. Actually, it can be considered the younger brother of the Qashqai, the updated version of which is also displayed at the show. A total of nine exterior colors are available, including two whites, a solid and a pearl, and three shades exclusive to Juke's Force Red, Haptic Blue and Machine Brown. However, the availability will depend on region.

The top-of-the-range Juke is featured with a new turbocharged direct injection petrol engine, producing 140kW (190PS) and 240 Nm. The 1.6 direct injection turbo engine is available with Nissan's ALL-MODE 4x4-i system, which now includes torque-vectoring technology, a first in the small car segment.

Other engine options include Nissan's 1.6-liter 16-valve unit, which has been given a unique dual-injection system, developing 86kW (117 PS) and 157Nm of torque. Consumers can also opt for the 1.5-liter dCI common rail engine, which generates 81kW (110PS) and 240 Nm of torque. By this autumn, the Nissan Juke crossover will be on sale in Europe as well as in Japan and North America.
