Jaguar aimed to stir up the crowd at the Frankfurt Motor Show and it surely succeeded with its unveiling of the all-new 2010 Jaguar XJ. It was displayed alongside the latest 2010 Model Year XKR and XFR models. Jaguar Cars Managing Director, Mike O'Driscoll said that the all-new XJ "re-imagines the ultimate sporting luxury car." He described that the car's beauty and its enlightened approach to design allows it to meet the challenges of the fast-changing world.

Jaguar certainly has outdone itself by revealing to the public a set of brilliant models that live up to the company's "philosophy of creating beautiful, fast cars."

O'Driscoll said that the all-new Jaguar XJ brings a "daring new spirit to automotive luxury. The new XJ is the epitome of fluid, contemporary automotive style." Lying at the heart of its flowing design is the elongated teardrop shape of the side windows that establishes the car's silhouette. The new XJ has a drag coefficient of 0.29 similar to the XF saloon, making them the most aerodynamic Jaguars ever.
