2010 Kia Soul

The basic copy, coming with the 122 hp, 1.6-liter inline-four and coupled to a 5-speed manual gearbox will be offered at an introductory price tag of $13,995 inclusive of destination charge, and comes with a total of six airbags, ABS, ESC, air conditioning, power windows and door locks, an AM/FM/CD/MP3 player with three months of free Sirius satellite radio, along with USB and auxiliary connectivity.Moneywise, the plain-old Soul is quite a good deal and could cause first-generation younger xB owners to pass up going back to the ToMoCo outlet. The Kia Soul + receives a boost in both displacement and yield, with a 142 hp 2.0-liter four, 16-inch rims, disc brakes at the back, tinted glass, door handles matched to the color of the body, power mirrors, Bluetooth interface, keyless access and cruise control.

With a 5-speed manual transmission the Soul + will begin at $14,950 and increase to $15,900 when outfitted with the 4-speed automatic transmission. Both the Soul! and Soul sport receive an identical 2.0-liter engine, but take advantage from 18-inch rollers, fog lamps, an uprated stereo, leather-covered steering wheel and shift knob, and interior trim of metal.

The Soul! can come with a sunroof and sand/black seats, while the sport version receives special front and rear fascias, side sills, rear spoiler, a "sport-tuned" suspension, red/black inside theme and pedals made of metal. Both models begin at $16,950 with a manual transmission or $17,900 with the 4-speed automatic gearbox. Kia says that the Soul will have "the most comprehensive list of accessories ever developed for Kia vehicle" beginning with body kits, to wheels, to interior lighting packs and performance uprates.
