Lamborghini revealed today at the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show, the Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante, a convertible version of the already impressive LP 570-4 Superleggera. The new car is with 65 kg lighter than the Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder, and comes with a 5.2-liter V10 engine delivering 570 hp and 540 Nm of torque. With these numbers, the Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 324 km/h or 201 mph.
Furthermore, the car also comes with a new set of super light 19-inch wheels wrapped in high-performance tires (the wheels are with 13 kg lighter than those found on the standard model). Behind the wheels, we dins a new braking system fitted with 365 mm brake discs at the front and 356 mm discs at the rear.
As an option, Lamborghini will offer a ceramic brake system fitted with 380 mm discs .Regarding the design, the car features a new front bumper as well as a new air diffuser and a new rear trunk spoiler. No words about the price yet! More details to be revealed! Stay tuned!
