Lexus dealerships in the US will be getting their first shipments of the facelifted 2010 GX utility vehicle in December. But before it arrives here, the brand will first make a splash in Shanghai. Meanwhile, the redesigned Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, a sister vehicle to the Lexus GX, will make its debut at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show. Both the Land Cruiser Prado and the GX get updated interiors, all-new sheet metal, and revised mechanicals.
