2010 Mazda Axela 90th Anniversary

Special edition versions of Mazda's Axela (aka Mazda3) and Biante mini-minivan will be launched to celebrate the company's 90th anniversary. Aside from some amazing unique features, the models will be receiving Mazda's 'i-stop' start-stop system. All Axela 90th Anniversary Special Editions can be based on either of the hatchback's Sport 20C and 20S trim levels, in addition to the sedan's 20C and 20E front-wheel-drive trims. The 90th anniversary Axela will be available only in 'Gunmetal Blue Mica,' an exclusive paint for this model. This special paint however, is not available in the Biante i-stop Smart Edition, which is based only on the 20 CS model in front-wheel-drive form. Mazda's i-stop technology is featured and it also has dynamic stability control, dual power sliding doors, and keyless entry. The Axela has a price tag of $21,140 with tax while the Biante i-stop costs $25,280. Both are currently on sale only in Japan.
