2011 Hyundai i20 Sport Edition Brabus
Although many of us know Brabus as the best tuning company specialized in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, it appears that the German firm decided to put its finger on the new Hyundai i20. Dubbed i20 Sport Edition, the new car was introduced today at the 2010 Paris Motor Show and comes with a body-coloured front skirt and wheelarch flares, a new glossy radiator grille mesh insert, new black bezel headlights as well as a new set of daytime running LEDs. Furthermore, the car features a glossy B-pillar, smoked windows and dark red tinted rear lights. The design is completed by the new 17-inch Brabus alloy wheels wrapped in Yokohama tyres.
Inside, the sporty theme is continued by the Recaro seats wrapped in orange leather, a black leather gearshift cover with orange-colored seams, a chromed gear shift knob, a new leather-wrapped center console, leather-covered door panels as well as a 7-inch touch screen navigation. The new car will be available in a limited edition and production will start during the first half of 2011. It will be built at Hyundai's Indian and Turkish plants, and will be available in either three- or five–door versions.
“Bringing further excitement to the Hyundai range, the bespoke kit adds a wide assortment of styling enhancements to the i20 supermini's interior and exterior, bringing a sporty and sophisticated image to the vehicle and adding a luxurious touch by applying high-quality materials to the interior” stated the press release.
