2010 Volvo XC90

Volvo will make a few minor changes to the XC90 for 2010. The model is reportedly only being offered in a seven-seat configuration that will certainly help in differentiating the XC90 from the five-seat XC60. The XC90 will be offered in five different trim levels; however this may vary among countries. The Kinetic variants are notable for their bright exterior accents (aluminum-look roof rails and additional chrome detailing), 18-inch alloy wheels, and a navigation system. Meanwhile, choosing any of the other variants will mean that you´ll be getting exclusive leather upholstery and various exterior design tweaks. Similar to the previous generation, engine options include a 175 kW (238 hp) 3.2-liter V6, a 232 kW (315 hp) 4.4-liter V8, and a five-cylinder turbo-diesel with 136 kW (185 hp). There had been a plan for a second generation XC90 to be introduced in 2010 but was canceled due to Volvo's financial turmoil.
