There are reports that Acura is currently testing the ZDX, which is expected to soon launch in the Chinese market. There are few details available about the ZDX and spyshots only serve to pique our curiosity even further. The ZDX is expected to be launched later this year but according to some sources, the debut may be pushed to 2012. It’s likely that the car will take inspiration from the American version that's currently selling in Acura's main market with a starting price of $45,645. The car features a 3.7-liter SOHC V-6 aluminum alloy engine that delivers 300hp at 6,300 rpm and 270 lbs-ft of torque at 4,500 rpm. With this configuration, the car is able to offer a fuel consumption rating of 16 mpg (14.7 l/100km) city and 22 mpg (10.6 l/100km) highway.
