If you like the new Bentley Mulsanne luxury sedan and want one you'd better start saving some cash in these hard financial times because the manufacturer has announced the U.K. pricing and we must say it is not cheap: £220,000 ($285,000 in the U.S.). The new car which will go on sale in early next year will be manufactured in the Crewe factory in the second quarter of 2010 while the deliveries will start by the summer. The new Mulsanne will offer a choice of 114 exterior colours, 21 carpet colors, nine wood veneers and 24 interior leather hides this means that there are small chances to see a new Mulsanne identical to the one you just bought.
So far, the manufacturer received enough interest in the car and more than 1000 potential buyers privately viewed the Mulsanne at dealerships in the UK, Europe and the US. "The Mulsanne's credentials are a pure expression of Bentley design and craftsmanship, and that's struck a chord with Bentley enthusiasts across the globe as well as many of the potential customers we have welcomed for tours in Crewe this year.
We've been encouraged by the positive commentary, notably from our American customers as the Mulsanne was privately previewed in seven metro markets across the country."
