2011 Bmw M3 Pure Edition released for the Australian market

BMW Group Australia announced today a limited-edition BMW M3 Coupé and Sedan, which will be available exclusively for the Australian market and only for the sports-oriented driving enthusiasts.
The new M3 Pure Edition is offered in Alpine White and Black, but if the customers want to new colors such as Le Mans Blue, Silverstone, Space Grey, Melbourne Red, Jerez Black, Mineral White and Interlagos Blue can also be selected. Inside, the car features a distinctive Anthracite cloth with Black leather combination while the headrests are crafted crafted from black Novillo leather and are embossed with the BMW M logo.
At the exterior, the car features 19” M Double-spoke light alloy wheels painted in Black High-Gloss color and wrapped in 245/35 R19 tyres up front and 265/35 R 19 tyres at the rear. Furthermore, the M3 Pure Edition comes with bonnet air intake in Black High-Gloss, side gills in Dark Chrome, BMW Individual exhaust tips in Dark Chrome as well as a BMW Individual kidney grille in Dark Chrome. Under the hood we find the same 4.0-liter V8 engine delivering 420 hp and 400 Nm of torque.
The car can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 sec (4.9 sec for the Sedan) and has a fuel consumption in the EU test cycle of 12.4 litres/100 km. Furthermore, the car features lightweight carbon-fibre roof, brake energy regeneration as well as Automatic Start / Stop function.
