2010 Dodge Challenger

Based on this brochure for the 2011 Dodge Challenger that was leaked to the web, not so much is changed on the exterior but all of its engines are new or upgraded. The 3.5-liter V6 is replaced by the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, which produces 305hp and 268 lb-ft (363 Nm) of torque. This means that the output was increased by 55 hp and 18 lb-ft (24 Nm). The 5.7-liter HEMI V8 is still offered but it has been tweaked to deliver 379 hp and 410 lb-ft (555 Nm) of torque – a marked increase from 372 hp and 400 lb-ft (542 Nm).

Meanwhile, the Challenger SRT replaces the 6.1-liter HEMI V8 with a new 6.4-liter (dubbed the 392) with 475 hp and 460 lb-ft (623 Nm) of torque. This means that there was an increase of 50 hp and 40 lb-ft (54 Nm).

The Challenger is upgraded by installing a revised suspension, an improved braking system, and gripper Firestone Firehawk tires. The 392 Inaugural Edition, which will be introduced as sales begin on Nov. 29, features unique exterior colors, SRT wheels, and a four-tailpipe exhaust system. The cabin will have white leather seats, brushed metal trim, and a serialized dash plaque. Only 1,100 units will be produced. [via Autoblog]
