2011 Frankfurt Motor Show: Carlsson CK63 RS based on the 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG

Carlsson showed off a modification package for the 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG at the 2011 IAA in Frankfurt. Just last December, Carlsson released a preview of its package for the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS. In fact, it had been one of the first tuning companies to work on this vehicle.

The Carlsson CK63 RS Mercedes CLS 63 AMG package includes some cosmetic changes and a V8 engine that delivers figures that are

comparable to a supercar at 649hp and 900 Nm of torque instead of 557 HP (410 kW) and 800 Nm. As a result, its acceleration time is faster by 0.2 seconds to 4.1 seconds.

The four-door saloon now has an output of 900 Nm of torque rather than 557 HP (410 kW) and 800 Nm. It also gets a small trunk lid spoiler and bumper diffuser. The CLS 63 now comes with a set of 20 inch alloys and it has been lowered by 30 mm.
