Lexus LF-Gh Hybrid Concept

Toyota has unveiled the Lexus LF-Gh concept, which offers a “captivating design” as well as a balance of contrasting features such as “style and functionality,” according to Kengo Matsumoto, general manager, Lexus Design Division. Toyota’s team focused more on its design lines instead of what runs it. Toyota and Lexus worked for this concept to try to redefine L-Finesse, which has been Lexus’ design philosophy since 2001.

From the side, the LF-Gh looks like a BMW but when viewed from the front end and the interior, it’s a totally different vehicle. The new hybrid sedan features a unique set of LED headlamps and independent L-shaped LED daytime running lights.

The model takes on a menacing look, with its black front grille extending to the back with the aid of the dark tinted windows. Its interior uses high-quality materials all over but what catches a lot of attention is its new analog clock with a three-dimensional face. It also got a new meter panel. Matsumoto said that Lexus designers used attributes that are frequently thought of as “contradictory and difficult to execute together.”
