The 2011 Renault Latitude was introduced today at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. Those who want to order the new car can choose from two petrol and two diesel units. The petrol engines are a 2.5-liter V6 partnered to a six-speed automatic gearbox, with an output of 177 hp and 233 Nm of torque; and a 2.0-liter unit that features a CVT and develops 139hp and 191 Nm of torque. The 2.5-liter V6 engine has a fuel consumption rating of 9.7l/100km (24.2mpg) while the 2.0-liter unit offers 8.3l/100km (28.3mpg).

On the other hand, the diesel engines for the Renault Latitude include a 2.0-liter dCi delivering175 hp and a 3.5-liter dCi V6 giving 240 hp. The Latitude’s interior features a triple-zone automatic climate control system, a dual-mode air ionizer, and high-end on-board technical equipment.

uyers can opt for a dark gray interior with dark leather or a dark beige interior with beige leather. Car production will begin from 2010-2011. This car will start arriving in September 2010 in Morocco and Algeria. It will then proceed to Russia, Ukraine and Africa. Pricing details are expected to be announced on a date that’s nearer to the market launch.
