One of the vehicles that Chevrolet unveiled at the 2011 SEMA Show is the Camaro ZL1 Carbon Concept, which is also known as the dark side of the 2012 Camaro ZL1. The car has an extra layer of carbon fiber to give it a sinister appearance. It has received a new Ashen Gray exterior paint, which is offered in all 2012 Camaro models. The Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Carbon Concept features the Chevrolet Accessories exposed-weave carbon fiber “Mohawk” hood insert, a new carbon fiber rear spoiler with stainless-steel wicker bill and carbon fiber insters on the instrument panel as well as on the interior door.

It is equipped with lightweight 20-inch wheels in satin black with machined faces. At the back of these wheels, there are Brembo six-piston front calipers that have two-piece front rotors, and four-piston rear calipers. In addition, the Camaro ZL1 Carbon Concept has Magnetic Ride Control and dual exhaust outlets with active exhaust and diffuser.

The inside of the Camaro ZL1 Carbon Concept has Jet Black leather with suede microfiber seat inserts and Torch Red stitching, ZL1 short-throw shifter with suede and carbon fiber-trimmed shift knob, suede-trimmed flat-bottom steering wheel and ZL1 pedals.
