Subaru unveiled the 2011 Forester STI Ts, a special edition of its popular crossover which will be manufactured in a limited edition of just 300 units. Built only for the Japanese market, the new car is based on the Forester S-Edition and features new STI high-performance parts such as a new modified suspensions which lowers the vehicle by 15 mm. Furthermore, the car features new front and rear bumpers, a modified front grille, revamped side sills, a new rear roof spoiler, a rear air diffuser with integrated exhaust system. The design is completed by the new set of 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.
Inside, we find a new sports steering wheel wrapped in leather, sports buckets finished in Alcantara, but also new carbon fiber trim elements. Under the hood, we find a 2.5-liter boxer engine delivering 263 hp and 347 Nm of torque, mated to a five-speed automatic transmission.
In addition, the new sports steering wheel is offered with paddle shifter. For this model, Subaru offers four colors: WR Blue Mica, Satin White Pearl, Obsidian Black Pearl and Silver Steel Metallic. We do recommend the blue color, as the car looks amazing. Regarding the price, Subaru will offer its limited edition vehicle for 3,450,000 YEN ($42,500). P.S.
