Besides the Discovery 4 (LR4) HSE Luxury Limited Edition, Land Rover also unveiled the Range Rover Sport Limited Edition at this year’s 2012 New York Auto Show. Based on the HSE version, the Range Rover Sport Limited Edition will be offered in four body colors: Firenze Red, Orkney Grey, Fuji White and Santorini Black. The Santorini Black mesh grille is highlighted by a Noble (satin chrome) bezel and black surround, while the bonnet badges and the tailgate finisher are in Atlas Silver (gloss silver finish). Moreover, the rear 'SPORT' badge is finished in Salsa Red. The side view shows fender vents featuring a bright red logo bar set against a Santorini Black grille, finished by an Atlas Silver surround. The design is completed by the unique 20-inch alloy wheels. The interior is finished in HSE Ebony colour way and features a choice of four dedicated seat trim styles. According to Land Rover, the seat inserts can be chosen in Pimento Red, Cirrus, Lunar Grey or Ebony with contrast stitching. The headrests also feature an embossed 'SPORT' logo. The power comes from the 510PS supercharged LR-V8 engine combined with the ZF HP28 6-speed automatic gearbox delivering 625Nm of torque. An optional LR-TDV6 diesel engine combined with the ZF HP70 8-speed automatic transmission is also available.
