For the U.S. market, the refreshed 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe has a starting price of $24,250 for the 2.0T model while the 3.8-liter R-Spec model is priced at $28,750. The Genesis Coupe features bold coupe styling, providing an intimidating demeanor. The interior of the 2013 Genesis Coupe is highlighted with unique upscale features and design cues. Advances in technology benefit both 4-cylinder and V6 engines. The 3.8-liter Lambda DOHC V6 engine is improved with the use of sophisticated direct-injection technology, resulting to an increase in peak horsepower to 348 at 6,400 RPM, and peak torque rising to 295 lb.-ft. on premium fuel.

The 2.0-liter turbo presently delivers 274hp and 275 lb.-ft. of torque on premium fuel. The automatic transmissions for these two models have 8-speeds, with paddle-shift SHIFTRONIC manual-shifting capability. The 2013 Genesis Coupe will start selling in March. Aside from powertrain and styling improvements, Hyundai also offers Blue Link, its proprietary telematics platform.
