ABT AS5 based on the Audi A5 Cabrio

The ABT AS5 Audi A5 Cabrio upgrade program was released today by ABT Sportsline. Included in the visual kit of the Cabrio consists of a new front grill, an exhaust system with 4-pipes, a fresh front apron and side sills and with either 19 inch or 20 inch wheels. Also offered in the program are power upgrades for the 2.0 TFSI powerplant that generates 275hp (202kW) instead of 180hp (132kW) or 211hp (155kW) and the 2.7 TDI produces 230hp (169kW). The power output for the ABT AS5 Audi A5 Cabrio 3.0 TDI is 282hp while the V6, which comes with the highest powerplant capacity, generates 310hp (228kW) and 610Nm of torque by way of a turbocharger. A new braking system also comes with the tuned ABT AS5 Audi A5 Cabrio to accommodate the power increases.
