ABT reveals the brand new AS3

ABT Sportsline is making available a visual and performance modification for the Audi A3, a car that has seen some major successes and has become the standard for premium quality compact cars. The car commands a better presence after ABT modified its hood, grill, bumpers, fenders and LED light line. It has a more menacing appearance as demonstrated by the ABT bodywork package underlining potency and sportiness, including its front spoiler insert, side skirts, fender inserts together with the rear apron have all been customized for the ABT AS3 model. At the rear section of the vehicle the ABT exhaust system that comes with four pipe ends blend seamlessly to the sporty design of the car. ABT used its AR or BR Sports alloy wheels in 18 and 19 inch diameter, as an ideal compliment to the visual kit.
The car does not simply look fast, but is actually fast. The car is powered by the 1.4 TSI with 160hp (118kW) and not by the standard 125hp (92kW). The next powerplant is the 1.8 TSI that produces 160hp (118kW) achieves 210hp (154kW). The top of the range powerplant is the gasoline 2.0 TSI that comes with 240hp (177kW) with ABT in contrast to only 200hp (147kW) in the regular model. Although there are lots of boost in power fuel consumption did not experience any increase and engine reliability is maintained.
