Alfa Romeo UK added a sporty trim level, dubbed as Sportiva, to the carmaker’s Alfa MiTo and Giulietta ranges. Inspired by Alfa’s range topping versions, combined with award-winning petrol and diesel engines, the Sportiva version boasts of a luxurious sporty looks, fuel efficiency and low emissions. The Alfa MiTo Sportiva is endowed with all the technology-packed features of the Distinctive trim as well as a few additions. With the trim, a customer only needs to add £750 OTR to avail of £1,500 worth of option upgrades. The Alfa MiTo Sportiva features exclusive 18” Quadrifoglio Verde sports alloy wheels, Sportiva badges and sports kick plates.
The interior of the Alfa MiTo Sportiva carries a black and green theme complemented by darkened interior headlining. It also features matte black steering wheel inserts, a black leather steering wheel and handbrake, as well as black Alcantara sport seat upholstery. The Alfa Giulietta Sportiva, meanwhile, builds on the already sporty Veloce trim, but adds oversized red Brembo brake callipers fitted inside 18” spoke design alloy wheels with a dark titanium finish. The safest-in-class five door hatchback features an interior endowed with sports leather upholstery, rear armrest, storage compartment and sport kick plates. The Alfa Giulietta Sportiva is a great deal for any customer, as it gives away £3,000 worth of luxury upgrades for just an additional £1,860 OTR.
The Alfa MiTo Sportiva comes in three engine options: 875cc TB TwinAir 85 bhp for £16,100 OTR, 1.4 TB MultiAir 135bhp for £17,000 OTR, and the 1.6 JTDM-2 120bhp for £17,750 OTR. The Alfa Giulietta Sportiva, meanwhile, comes in six engine options, including advanced twin dry-clutch semi-automatic ALFA TCT, having a starting price of £23,110 OTR for the 1.6 JTDM-2 105bhp.
