Ariel reveals plans for future models

Ariel, a small-scale British automaker is well-known for the lightest and most exciting Atom two-seater sports car in the world. The carmaker is currently contemplating of expanding its model lineup with the same lightweight and sportive models that they are well-known for.
Although nothing is still final, the CEO of Ariel, Simon Saunders, has said that all other models that come as a result of the present Ariel Atom will be as stunning as the current models at present although they will appeal in a distinct manner. The changes for the new model will involve the powerplant, where the standard gasoline unit will be possibly replaced by engines with alternative energy sources like an electric power unit. The exploits of an electric Ariel Atom has already been observed, together with this current model which was built by Ian Wright which succeeded in defeating a Porsche Carrera GT in a drag race, so that a factory-supported solution would absolutely be more alluring. The latest Ariel model will come with more side panels and also a roof in contrast to the Atom.
Although the new model will look like a regular car, it will not be just a regular sports car to compete with models such as the Noble and Lotus. Saunders even claimed that there is a likelihood that a new model would not even attempt to rival established carmakers but will rather be positioned in a whole new class.
