Aston Martin DBS receives new Touch Tronic 2 auto transmission

Although the vehicle was launched just a year ago, the new generation of Aston Martin DBS, will already receive some new upgrades. One of the modifications is a new automatic transmission under named Touch Tronic 2 which now shifts more aggressive maintaining the same acceleration as the manual transmission. The 2009 models are programmed to get also a re-worked version of the ZF six-speed unit equipped in the DB9. Other new features include a 1,000Watt Bang&Olufsen stereo system and at demand Aston can also provide a couple of +2 rear seats. This model has a starting price of just $273,000.
