Deliveries for Audi's supercharged S5 Cabriolet begin in October. Priced from £42,245, the drop-top S5 replaces the A4 cabriolet and gets a 329bhp supercharged V6 TFSI in place of the naturally aspirated V8. A seven-speed S tronic gearbox is standard and the S5 is available with an optional sport differential that varies torque not only between front and rear axles, but also between each rear wheel. Car can go from 0-62mph in 5.6 seconds and top speed is limited to 155mph, while the S5 returns a combined mpg 29.1 and produces 224g/km of CO2.The hood opens in 15 seconds and closes in 17, and can complete both operations at speeds of up to 31mph.
