An exhibition on the occasion of its new centenary is going to be launched by Audi at its museum that houses some of its most remarkable cars. Included in the display at the Audi Forum Ingolstadt is a 1911 Audi Type A which is the oldest Audi on Earth. The car is the 78th car built by Audi and it runs on a 26 hp engine. There will be 12 other historically significant cars that will join the Type A on display including a 1923 Type M (the first Audi model with a four-wheel braking system) and a 1935 Audi 225 Front Special Roadster, which will be shown publicly for the first time after it has been remodeled. The Audi exhibits will run from March 11 to July 16 2009.
