2011 Fiat 500C by Gucci priced from £17,800 in the UK

Gucci and Fiat are launching the Fiat 500CbyGucci, a cabriolet variant of Fiat’s 500byGucci model. The Fiat 500CbyGucci came about due to the strong interest in the 500byGucci model. In fact, Fiat received 3000 pre-orders from people who logged on to the www.500bygucci.com website as well as the requests made from around the world.

The new variant, customized by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini together with Centro Stile Fiat, will be distributed internationally. Orders for this vehicle can be made via fiat.co.uk as well as by visiting selected Fiat dealers in the United Kingdom. Prices for this model start at £17,800 OTR.

The inventive electrically operated full-length soft top in the new variant enhanced all the exclusivity of the Fiat 500byGucci. The soft top is black with the distinctive green-red-green Gucci web pattern printed lengthwise. The vehicle will be available in body colors of either black with glitter and shiny chrome-plated add-ons or white with glitter and brushed chrome-plated accents.

The exterior is embellished by 16-inch alloy wheels with the unmistakable retro design of the spokes.

The hub caps feature a double G logo that matches the body color. Moreover, the tailgate and door pillars have the Gucci signatures in italics. Furthermore, the passenger compartment is brimming with stunning features including stylish stitching, satin and polished chrome-plated accents, exclusive materials, two-tone Frau leather seats with Guccissima print, and radio panel with a velvet-effect finish.

The Gucci web theme is also evident on the gearbox, mats, seats, key cover and on the seatbelts. Lastly, the Fiat 500CbyGucci is equipped with the standard features such as leather steering wheel with radio controls, seven airbags, automatic climate control system, car radio with CD-MP3 player and Blue&Me system integrated with rear parking sensors.

FIAT 500BYGUCCI STRIPS OFF

As a result of the interest attracted by Fiat’s 500byGucci model – 3000 pre-orders logged on the www.500bygucci.com website and requests from all over the world – Fiat and Gucci are now introducing a cabriolet version – the Fiat 500CbyGucci.

Customised by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini in collaboration with Centro Stile Fiat, the car will be distributed worldwide, and from this month will be available to order both online at fiat.co.uk and in selected Fiat UK dealers. Prices start at £17,800 OTR.

All the exclusivity of the Fiat 500byGucci is enhanced by the innovative electrically operated full length soft top in this new version. It will be available in two sophisticated body colours: white with glitter and brushed chrome-plated elements, and black with glitter and shiny chrome-plated accents. For both, the soft top is black with the characteristic green-red-green Gucci web pattern printed lengthwise.

The selected Fiat dealerships that will be displaying the Fiat 500byGucci range will receive copies of an exclusive lifestyle brochure created as a fashion catalogue and designed to bring out the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of this extraordinary interpretation of the glamorous world of the Fiat 500.
