Nissan announced today that the 2011 Armada full-size SUV will carry a price tag of $37,910 (Armada 4X2 SV 5AT). Of course that is the base price, because if you want the Armada 4x2 SL 5AT, you will have to pay $42,840 while for the Armada 4x2 Platinum 5AT, Nissan wants $50,090.
For the all-wheel-drive versions, you will have to pay $43,510. For the Armada 4x4 SL 5AT you will pay $45,640, while for the Platinum 5AT Nissan wants $53,890.
Regarding the engines for this car, Nissan offers a standard 5.6-liter Endurance V8 engine rated at 317 horsepower and 385 lb-ft of torque mated of course to a 5-speed automatic transmission.
Standard equipments include overhead console with multi-storage capacity, Dual Zone Automatic A/C, power windows and door locks, power adjustable pedals and more.
The Armada SL comes with new features such as Nissan Intelligent Key, leather-appointed seating, RearView Monitor, Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System, premium Bose audio system with 11 speakers and subwoofer, power-folding 60/40-split 3rd row seat and auto-leveling rear air suspension.
The Armada Platinum is offered with heated front seats and steering wheel, power rear liftgate, moonroof, DVD Family Entertainment System and Nissan Navigation system with XM NavTraffic system with Real-Time Traffic Information (XM subscription required, sold separately) and 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive.
