Pricing for the 2011 Nissan Xterra has been announced today: $23,850 for the base model, the Xterra X 4x2 V6. As expected, the new 2011 Xterra is offered in three models, including the new Pro-4X. Each model is powered by a standard 4.0-liter V6 engine delivering 261 hp and 281 lb-ft of torque, and mated to a 5-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmissions (X model not available with 5-speed manual transmission).
The Xterra X and S models are available in 4x2 and 4x4 configurations, while the top of the line PRO-4X is offered in 4X4 only.
Regarding the pricing for the other versions, here it is: Xterra S 4x2 V6 5AT priced at $25,840 USD; Xterra X 4x4 V6 5AT at $25,900 USD; Xterra S 4x4 V6 6MT at $26,840 USD; Xterra S 4x4 V6 5AT at $27,890 USD; Xterra PRO-4X 4x4 V6 6MT at $29,050 USD; Xterra PRO-4X 4x4 V6 5AT at $30,100 USD.
Regarding the enhancements for the 2011 Xterra, the manufacturer says that the new model year includes the addition of body side moldings to Xterra S, a rear tire deflector on the Xterra S 4x2, a white-faced meter cluster on Xterra PRO-4X and two new exterior colors, Lava Red and Metallic Green.
Furthermore, the 2011 Xterra offers a series of advanced technologies such as Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System, XM Satellite Radio (XM subscription required, sold separately) and an 8-speaker Rockford Fosgate audio system with subwoofer.
