Article by Christian A., on March 29, 2011

Renault S.A., together with Bose, its audio specialist partner since 2008, is extending the Bose premium sound system offering across its Scénic range for the first time ever. Whether you’re looking forward to family gatherings or the upcoming bank holiday season, the spectacular “live concert” sound quality would be a delight to have in times of traffic or when cruising along the motorway.

The optional Bose Pack can now be ordered for GBP1,500 on all Dynamique TomTom versions of the Grand Scénic and Scénic, excluding the 1.6 VVT 110. Regardless of music taste or age, all those aboard can enjoy impressive sound quality throughout the cabin, with clear tones, crisp treble and deep bass.

Bose Energy Efficient Series sound system’s components are 30% smaller, 40% lighter and use 50% less energy than systems with comparable audio performance.

The sound system – with an integrated subwoofer, a digital amplifier and nine speakers – offers breathtaking on-board audio quality and an unrivaled musical experience. Aside from the Bose audio system, which is specifically tailored for Scénic and Grand Scénic models for optimal acoustic performance, the Bose Pack also has a range of black interior and exterior touches.

The exteriors include striking 17-inch black Schuss alloy wheels, gloss black door mirrors and bespoke Bose badges on the front wheel arches. Inside, the contemporary look continues with high gloss piano black finishes to the dashboard, stereo surround and air vents, and the door sills also bear the Bose logo.

Bose Pack models also benefit from carpet mats, electric folding door mirrors, an electrochrome rear view mirror, front and rear parking sensors, dual-zone climate control, sliding center console and a driver’s sunglasses holder. Scénic Dynamique TomTom models are specified with the optional Bose Pack priced at GBP£20,250.
