Article by Andrew Christian, on September 25, 2015

Porsche recently revealed its latest special edition vehicle based on the 430 hp 911 Carrera GTS. This Rennsport Reunion Edition was manufactured by Porsche Exclusive. With only 25 units to be manufactured and exclusively sold in North America, this limited edition model will come in Fashion grey with the front hood, rear decklid, and roof, covered and decorated with red and black decals.

Its striking appearance is aided by the 20-inch high-gloss black Sport Classic wheels. Additionally both the satellite radio antenna and lower exterior trim of its side mirrors have a high-gloss black finish as well. Completing the black highlights of the exterior are the black LED headlights and PDLS Plus.

The interior of the Rennsport Reunion Edition is also a sight to see. Located above the glove compartment are the dashboard trims that are made of carbon fiber.

Made of the same material are the door-sill guards that are illuminated and show the designation of this special and limited edition model. This Rennsport Reunion Edition has a GTS Interior Package that offers a lot in terms of features. Stitched in a Carmine Red color are the GTS logo on its headrests and the floor mats.

The same Carmine Red stitching is also seen in the dashboard trim, door panel trim, and SportDesign steering wheel. Both the seat belts and central tachometer also come in Carmine Red. Furthermore, the center compartment lid has the Rennsport Reunion V logo embossed on it.

Porsche Exclusive has also included various special appointments that are completed by a vehicle key in Fashion Grey. A leather key pouch is included with Carmine Red highlights with the words "911 Carrera GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition".

For those who choose to have the manual transmission, this limited edition model will have the 3.8-liter 430 hp flat-six engine allowing maximum speed of 190 mph and acceleration of 0 to 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds. The features do not stop there though.

There is the standard PASM Sport Suspension and Rear Park Assist. There is also the 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus and Bose Audio Package. This special edition was manufactured to honor the fifth Rennsport Reunion. Porsche reveals that this will go on sale at once at a price of $148,335, which does not include the destination charge of $995.
