2015 Shelby GT caught completely undisguised

Article by Christian Andrei, on December 13, 2014

The all-new 2015 Shelby GT will probably be unveiled in January at the Detroit Auto Show, but the new vehicle was seen during the launch event for the new Ducati Scrambler in Palm Springs. Honestly, the vehicle has a jaw-dropping design and the whole front end underlines the amount of power found under the hood.

As you can see, the 2015 Shelby GT gets a big front grille, which is not too attractive if you ask us, but the front lip spoiler, together with the aggressively-designed hood make you forget about it.

Moreover, the new Shelby GT gets stylish side sills, while at the rear there is a new trunk lid spoiler and a badass air diffuser with integrated tailpipes.

There are no details regarding the power output delivered by the V8 engine found under the hood, but we do knot what the 2014 Shelby GT carried out 624 hp and was able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.7, while running the quarter mile in the around 11 seconds.

Moreover, the previous-generation 2014 Shelby GT package was priced at $15,000, while the GT/SC kit was sold for $28,000. [source: Roadandtrack.com]
