V8 Vantage road car's suspension has necessitated only minor tweaks for maximum track performance. These consist of larger diameter front and rear anti-roll bars and adaptable ride height aluminum dampers, as well as single rate, flat ground springs with separate assisting springs.

While this car is aimed to be a competitive race car driven by professional and semi-professional drivers, Richards continued, it is also expected to appeal to racing enthusiasts who want to drive it for club racing or even at the track.
Vantage GT4 was developed to meet the regulations set by the FIA GT4. It is also qualified to join other series races that include the FIA GT4 European Cup; British GT4 Championship; Dutch GT4 Championship; German GT4 Championship; American SCCA Championship; Britcar Endurance Series; Dutch Supercar Challenge; Australian Endurance Championship; Aston Martin Owners Club Race Series; and the Nurburgring VLN Endurance Championship.
