Audi decided in the last minute to drop the next-generation Q7 in favor on a emergency redesign and the German company is expected to unveil the new vehicle later this year. Still, there are people who love the current Audi Q7 and for them, the German carmaker unveiled two new versions: S line Style Edition and S line Sport Edition.
Available in the UK, the new S line Edition models are priced from S line Style Edition and S line Sport Edition. The 2014 Audi Q7 S line Style Edition is available as standard with a 3.0-litre V6 TDI 245 PS, but those who want the 4.2-litre V8 TDI with 340 PS can have it for £1,500. Moreover, the Q7 S line Style Edition comes with five-arm rotor design matt titanium-finish wheels, which replace the standard 21-inch five-segment-spoke alloy wheels.
Furthermore, the Q7 S line Style Edition features a more rugged look thanks to the offroad styling package which includes stainless steel underbody protectors and extended wheel arches flowing into special bumpers with modified lower sections. In the Edition models these are painted in body colour. Q7 S line Style Edition models include solid, metallic or pearl effect paint as standard in a choice of seven colours – Night black, Teak brown, Lava grey, Orca black, Graphite grey, Daytona grey or Scuba blue.
The 2014 Audi Q7 S line Sport Edition features the muscular look of the remarkable 500PS Q7 V12 TDI but is available with the 3.0-litre TDI 245 PS as standard while the 4.2-litre TDI engine is available for £3,000. The 21-inch five-segment-spoke wheels have a titanium finish, while the sport styling package includes body-coloured wheelarch extensions, enlarged front air intakes with high gloss slats, lower bumper spoilers, stainless steel underbody protection and dual oval exhaust tailpipes integrated into the rear bumper.
S line Sport Edition specification includes a no-cost choice from all thirteen of the solid, metallic or pearl effect paints available for the Q7 range.
