BMW's new 6-Series Coupe will surely get sports car aficionados excited with its more irresistible design and sharper driving dynamics compared to those of its predecessor. The third-generation of BMW's top-class Coupe sees the premium auto company adding another chapter to its decades-old tradition of building exclusive dream cars. The new 6-Series Coupe boasts extra space and noticeably optimised comfort levels. It is the only vehicle in its segment to offer combined top-class sporting ability, 460-liter luggage space, and exclusive touring comfort.
Moreover, the new BMW 6-Series Coupe offers a signature driving experience that is delivered through BMW ConnectedDrive infotainment features and innovative driver assistance systems. The large, premium 2+2-seater meets the highest expectations of driving pleasure through its incomparable style.
What's more, the new 6-Series Coupe's unmistakable design language gives it an aura of sporty elegance. Its short front overhang, sweeping bonnet, and set-back passenger compartment, along with a 74-mm increase in body length over its predecessor as well as a 75-mm longer wheelbase, create a BMW Coupe's hallmark proportions. Additionally, the new car's extra 39-mm width (at 1,894 mm total width) makes for a very powerful stance that highlights its impressive roadholding.
These enhanced dimensions are what make the vehicle's dynamic forward-surging presence as well as its promise of majestic driving capacity even more striking once they see the car. Its exterior styling is a faithful reflection of its character, which, in turn, is lent a special appeal by the lines that run along its body's full length and by its harmoniously curved surfaces.
These design features are inspired by the natural flow and movement of waves. Just like how flowing water is parted by a particular object, the car's shaping lines also fan out from the badge on the bonnet towards the sides of its body.
