Bugatti confers Service Partner of Excellence title to Al Habtoor Motors

Bugatti has conferred Al Habtoor Motors -- its official sales partner in Dubai -- the title of “Service Partner of Excellence.” Al Habtoor Motors is the latest Bugatti dealership tagged as being able to offer an extended service package, bringing the total to five around world. Stefan Brungs, member of Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. management responsible for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, remarked that the carmaker “prides itself on offering [its] customers personalized service using the most advanced technologies.”

He expressed delight that Bugatti’s dealership in Dubai has structures in place that allow it to “go one step further in implementing our brand’s standards of excellent service and top exclusivity, thus meeting each and every expectation of our customers in the Middle East.” George Duncan, Director of Al Habtoor Motors, said the title was a “great achievement” for the dealership and it will enable them to service customers to a much higher level.

Al Habtoor Motors became the official Bugatti dealership in Dubai in 2006. It is Bugatti’s biggest service partner in the Middle East. To gain the title, Al Habtoor Motors invested in building a workshop area reserved for Bugatti, featuring four separate work stations, each having its own ramp.  The dealership will assign four employees to provide Bugatti customers and their vehicles with personalized care. 

Bugatti has around 30 service partners around the world that conducts regular maintenance and repairs on the brand’s vehicles – all coordinated by the carmaker’s Customer Service team at its Molsheim headquarters. Bugatti’s base is also home to its Flying Technicians and Flying Doctors, who travel to dealerships and customers all over the world on a regular basis to provide support and guidance to the local service teams.
