Citroen has updated its C1 line-up to offer more standard equipment and a revised range comprised of three trim levels. The range starts with the entry-level C1 VT, which has a starting price of £8,095 and offers the same equipment and pricing as before. Offered as a mid-range is the Citroen C1 Edition that replaces the VTR models.
Available with a base tag of £9,670, it comes with a range of new equipment as standard, including 14-inch ‘Rift’ alloy wheels and a leather-trimmed steering wheel with matching gear knob.
The Citroen C1 VT and Edition models are available in six color options that include a range of metallic shades. The range-topping Platinum trim is available from £10,345 and replaces the VTR+ trim level.
It now features a new standard specification ‘Look Pack’, which entails a Carlinite Grey roof with color-matched rear spoiler and door mirrors. The new Platinum trim could be availed in two body color options -- Agrume Red and Lipizzan White -- to contrast with the Carlinite Grey roof and exterior trim. Customers could also match the color of the roof with Carlinite Grey.
The new C1 Platinum trim also features the carmaker’s Connecting Box comprised of Bluetooth with USB socket, dark-tinted rear windows, shiny black interior details and front fog lights. All models are powered by a fuel-efficient 1.0i 68hp 3-cylinder petrol engine. This is paired with the Efficient Tronic Gearbox (ETG) in the Platinum version.
