Deezer streaming service now integrated into MINI Connected

MINI drivers wanting to listen to online streaming music could now do so, thanks to the integration of the Deezer streaming service into MINI Connected. This means that Apple iPhone owners could now create their own driving playlist from Deezer’s 25 million online songs through the provider’s app.

The Deezer app could be availed for free from the Apple app store, and is now "MINI Connected ready," making it easier to use inside any MINI vehicle equipped with the MINI Connected option.

Deezer provides MINI drivers in-car access to 25 million songs as well as access to its social media functions. A driver could easily use Deezer in-car through the MINI joystick, steering wheel buttons and high-resolution color display of the on-board monitor.

A driver needs to equip his MINI with the Radio MINI Visual Boost or the MINI navigation system to be able to use the service. A driver likewise needs to have the MINI Connected option.

Online connection through iPhone provides a driver access to seemingly endless web tracks during any travel, whether short-range or long-range.

The addition of the Deezer streaming service to the MINI Connected supplement other available services like the MINI Connected web radio function, apps for AUPEO!, Stitcher, Facebook, Twitter and foursquare, Google Search and Send to car.

The MINI Connected App likewise includes functions distinct to MINI vehicles like Driving Excitement, Mission Control, Dynamic Music and MINIMALISM Analyser.
