DR Motors unveils DR CityCross light crossover

DR Motors has unveiled its latest offering, the DR CityCross. The DR CityCross measures 386cm in length, 162cm in width and 158cm in height, and offers a generous interior space. Its trunk could carry a load of up to 370 cubic dm. This load space could be increased by folding down its rear seats, paving for a load capacity of 1,200 cubic dm.  The DR CityCross comes with a crossover-inspired styling, and boasts of plastic body cladding, roof rails and 15- or 16-inch alloy wheels.

It carries as standard a number of features like air conditioning, parking sensors, power steering and ABS. Also coming as standard are roof bars, 4 electric windows, electric mirrors, cd-mp3-usb stereo, alloy wheels and metallic paint. The DR CityCross could be availed in Luxury and Executive. It is powered by a 1.3-liter engine that provides up to 83 hp.

It could be availed as a bi-fuel -- petrol /LPG and petrol /methane. In both cases, the bi-fuel tank does not affect the overall load capacity of the CityCross. The 50-liter LPG tank is in no affects overall capacity of the luggage compartment.

The CNG version is equipped with a feeding system that is consists of 2 cylinders, with overall capacity of 92 liters. DR CityCross Luxury version, which is full-featured as standard, could be availed at EUR9,980.

The Executive version, on the other hand, costs EUR1,000 more. The DR CityVan, which features a grid separation between the passenger compartment and the cargo area, has a tag of 10,980. [source: DR Motors]
