As you may know already, 2010 was a very good year for car manufacturers, which showed impressive sales numbers. Still, even sports cars manufacturers, such as Ferrari, are pleased to announce that their sales also increased in 2010.
Moreover, it appears that after record results achieved in China, Ferrari also announced that the preliminary figures for the North American market show that 2010 was a record year for the company.
Furthermore, the Italian manufacturer said that USA and Canada together have posted an increase in sales of nearly 20 per cent compared to the previous year, selling over 1750 cars. For those who don’t know, USA is considered by Ferrari its main market.
Apparently, the impressive sales are a result of the introduction of company’s two V8-engined models – the Ferrari California and the 458 Italia. Still, sales of the Ferrari 458 Italia started in the summer of 2010, which means that 2011 might bring some record sales for the latest addition in the Ferrari lineup.
Also, the number of Ferrari dealers has increased in the United States, and the company is proud to count 36 dealers across the nation. 2010 also saw the complete renovation of the New York show room in Park Avenue, with a Ferrari Store, one of the 40 Prancing Horse Stores worldwide.
