Photos of the Mazzanti Evantra, the latest supercar to be released, have come out. Hungarian Zsolt Tarnok designed the Evantra. It will be produced in Italy. From these images, it appears that the Evantra is already ready to enter production. It will be available with two engines. The first is a turbocharged six-cylinder unit with an output of about 600bhp while the second one is a 7.0-litre V8 engine that can deliver 700bhp and 625lb ft of torque. The power can be sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed Sila Holding sequential gearbox. The dynamic package also includes the OZ wheels and Brembo brakes. The Evantra has aluminium wheels so it is expected to be light. It’s believed to have a kerb weight of 1300kg. It could be made even lighter with carbon brakes and body panels.
It’s claimed that the car can accelerate from zero to 62mph in 3.5sec and can reach a top speed of 217mph. The most stand-out feature of the Evantra is the rear-hinged doors, a system that’s unique to Mazzanti. Its interior is as distinct as style. It is equipped with a gearshift indicator positioned in the steering wheel, a roof-mounted engine start button and big amounts of purple leather. Mazzanti said that just five will be built every year. Each car will be personalized individually.
"I am really proud to present the Evantra V8 .With her an enormous work is finished, that mainly focused on conciliating elements difficult to harmonize to each other: a personal concept that is absolutely out of todays market trends, a really precise and tipically italian stylistical identity and a powertrain with " absolute" performance are perfectly united in forms and function. Evantra V8 was not born to please everyone, instead to be herself and to generate emotions with her character and exclusivity" said Luca Mazzanti.
