Article by Christian Andrei, on June 25, 2012

Motoring enthusiasts in London as well as those coming in for the Olympics should know that they can finally buy the latest merchandise from their favorite leading brands at a one-stop shop called Inside Track. Its first store in the UK will open on June 23 in Westfield Stratford City. This will be the first permanent retail outlet of Inside Track in the UK.

It offers a variety of McLaren, Aston Martin and Aston Martin Racing lifestyle merchandise as well as items from the two brands’ partners like Hugo Boss, Hackett, Links of London and TAG Heuer. A highlight of visiting this store is to see the McLaren F1 car close up, the same car that both Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton have driven.

As Westfield Stratford City is adjacent to the 2012 Olympic Park, it is London’s latest shopping destination. It is the perfect location to display two of the most successful and popular motorsport brands in Britain to the countless visitors to the Olympics in the summer. The store is sure to have a product to appeal to any type of customer. Its products range from key rings that only cost a few pounds to the nearly £9000 TAG McLaren MP12-4C watch.

It also offers collectable items like Amalgam 1/8 scale model McLaren and Aston Martin Racing cars, Hugo Boss jackets, Hackett Aston Martin clothing and luggage, sunglasses, and the complete range of Vodafone McLaren Mercedes and Aston Martin Racing replica clothing. Brand&, the licensing and merchandising division of Prodrive, operates the store. It is known for handling the merchandise programs for several leading motorsport teams as well as businesses in the motor industry. Before this store opened, it had only sold items via its wholesale and retail distribution partners, at events and online.
